Signed Clients

Your models/clients. Adding one instantly creates their Content sub-tab and feeds every model dropdown (bonuses, customs, withdrawals, accounts, calendar, profit). Give a client a portal login to let them into their own private Studio. Renaming or removing updates everywhere.

Content tags

Tags you can apply to any media and filter by.

Google Drive folders

Set the Drive folder each bucket reads from. Employees open these from Content › 📁 Drive folder.

How Drive works here

Paste folder links on content for one-click access; add a file link + thumbnail for in-app preview/download. Files auto-appearing when you drop them in a folder needs the connected Drive login (deploy step) — I can wire that in. NSFW: Google restricts public sharing of explicit content; for the real deploy consider your own storage.

Brand logos

Your logo is set by 3 files in the deployed site — identical for everyone, on every device. There is no per-device upload. To set or change the logo for the whole team, drop these 3 files next to index.html (and include them in your Netlify deploy), named exactly like this:
File name: horizontal_logo.png · wide banner ~5 : 1 · transparent PNG · recommended 1500 × 300 px · crop it tight (little to no empty space around the logo) so it fills the header nicely
File name: stacked_logo.png · near-square ~1 : 1.1 · transparent PNG · recommended 1200 × 1300 px
File name: icon_logo.png · square 1 : 1 · transparent PNG · recommended 1024 × 1024 px

Netlify steps: put all three PNGs in the same folder as index.html, then drag that whole folder onto Netlify to deploy. Every visitor — desktop, mobile, your whole team — loads them automatically. PNGs are used exactly as-is (transparency kept). Your files probably have the pixel size in their names right now — just rename them to the three names above before deploying.

Roles & permissions

Each role is a card. Tick exactly what that role can see and do — it applies across the whole app instantly. Use 👁 Preview to open the app exactly as that role sees it, then Exit preview to return. Mark a role as Model / client to unlock the model-portal toggles.

Employees & access

Add people with an email + password and a role. “Add & invite” opens a ready-to-send email.

Bonus types

The options sellers pick from in the Sales tab. Keep a “Quality Performance” type to unlock the quality-bonus list below.

Quality Performance bonuses

When a seller picks the “Quality Performance” bonus type, they choose one of these. Add/remove them anytime — they change weekly/monthly.

Fine types

The kinds of fines you can issue to an employee (deducted from their earnings).

Dynamic backgrounds

Ambient backdrops that sit behind the app and the nav menu at low opacity. Each person picks their own from 👁 Display → 🌌; here you set the team default, overall intensity, and add your own by uploading a file or pasting a link.

What to upload for a background
Looping video (best).mp4 (H.264) or .webm: silent, seamless loop. Keep it small (ideally under ~8 MB) so it never lags.
Animation.gif also works (tends to be heavier).
Still image.jpg, .png or .webp.
Recommended sizes — Main background: landscape 1920×1080 (16:9); 1280×720 is fine and lighter. Nav-menu background (optional): tall/narrow portrait, about 600×1600 (roughly 3:8). If you skip the nav file, the main one is reused and cropped to fit. Everything is auto-fitted with “cover”, so exact sizes aren’t critical.

Eye-rest reminder

A gentle, non-blocking pill fades in at the corner to remind you to rest your eyes. Standard guidance is a short break every 40–45 minutes.

minutes

Notifications

The 🔔 bell (top of the app) shows each person the things that matter to them. Choose which kinds of alerts are switched on for everyone. Each person can also hide the bell on their own device.

Music player

A basic player lives in the nav menu (🎵 Music) so the team can play background music while they work — pick a genre, play/pause, skip, and scrub. Choose who can use it under Roles & permissions → “Use the music player”. Everything here syncs to the whole team.

🎵 Audio-reactive background

This is a dynamic background option. Turn it on from the display button (🌓) → Background“🎵 Audio reactive”. It sits behind the app and nav just like any other background (same size, framing and opacity — adjust opacity with the display intensity slider). It drifts gently on its own and dances to whatever track is playing (or the voice assistant). Set its look here:

Genres / folders

Group tracks into genres the user picks from (e.g. Lofi, Focus, Hype). A track with no genre still shows under “All music”.

Tracks

Upload an audio file or paste a direct link. Accepted files: .mp3 (best), .m4a/.aac, .ogg, .wav. Keep each file to a few MB so nothing lags. Uploading needs the in-app Library on (Admin → Data).

TitleGenreSource

Voice Assistant

A built-in assistant that welcomes you, explains pages and buttons, reads notifications and takes voice commands. It is off by default for everyone — each person switches it on for themselves, and the setting follows their account to any device. While it speaks, background music is automatically turned down and restored afterwards.

My preferences

These apply to your account only.

Voice & speech team default

Set by an admin for the whole team. Voices come from this browser's speech engine — the list differs per device and operating system.

Custom voices

Save your own named voices — a friendly label on top of one of this device's system voices, with its own rate, pitch and volume. They appear in the Voice list above for everyone. To get more system voices to choose from, install extra voices in your operating system (see the note below).

Want more voices? The browser can only use voices installed on the device. macOS: System Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → System Voice → Manage Voices. Windows: Settings → Time & Language → Speech → Manage voices. Android: Settings → Accessibility → Text-to-speech output. iOS: Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices. Newly installed voices show up here after a refresh.

Behaviour team default

Pages are announced at most once per session, and confirmations are only spoken for meaningful actions — never after every click.

What you can say

AI Settings owner / admin only

Device Management V2 beta

A browser-streamed control tab (tap the phone like a touchscreen, from desktop or mobile). It’s fully isolated from the original Device Management and uses a separate connector on port 8788, so turning it on can’t affect your working setup.

When on, V2 only streams while its tab is open, and the original tab’s polling pauses so the two never clash. Download the V2 connector from inside the V2 tab.

Smart automation (UI-aware)

When on, recorded taps also capture the on-screen element (resource-id, text, etc.) and playback finds the element first, using recorded coordinates only as a last resort — far more reliable across devices, users and app updates. Older coordinate-only automations keep working exactly the same.

Turn UI-aware off to force pure coordinate playback (identical to the original engine) for debugging. Edit each step’s detection words and Smart Actions under the button on the step.

Data & backup

Everything is saved on this device. Export a backup or restore one.

Storage & cache

Keeps the app lean. Deleting data already frees space; this also clears transient caches (screenshots, listings) and prunes old sync bookkeeping so nothing useless builds up. Safe — it never touches your real data.

On this device:

🔑 Security keys (YubiKey) — two-factor sign-in

Register your YubiKey and this account can no longer be signed into with a stolen password alone — the physical key must be touched every time. Register both of your keys: keep one on you and one somewhere safe as a backup. Keys are per-account, so each person registers their own.

Infloww

Your Infloww CRM — client & team performance, earnings and payouts, in one place.
